Many customers call and ask questions
regarding parts availability, pricing,
and general parts information. We do
our best to answer everyone when calls
are received, but during high call volumes
you may get voicemail, or experience
long hold times. In order to address
this we have designed a process to streamline
parts requests. Here you simply fill
out the form and fax or email it back
to us, and a support representative
will call you with pricing, availability,
and order confirmation. So if you want
to avoid the potential phone bottlenecks,
try following the procedures below.
Warranty Parts:
For warranty parts service, you must
have a copy of your original receipt
of purchase. To request a warranty part,
please fill out our "NHT
Parts Request Form", and fax
it to (707) 747-1252 along with your
receipt of purchase. No fax? You can
also send the parts request form as
an email attachment to parts@nhthifi.com.
Be sure to include your full contact
info, product type, serial #, and detailed
information about the part you need.
Our customer support staff will contact
you within 24 hours to give you parts
availability and order confirmation
information. If you do not have a receipt
of purchase, you will have to use the
non-warranty parts process.
Non-Warranty Parts:
If you do not have a receipt, or your
product is older than the warranty period
specifies in your manual, then you will
need to pay for your part(s). To request
a warranty part, please fill out our
"NHT
Parts Request Form", and fax
it to (707) 747-1252 along with your
receipt of purchase. No fax? You can
also send the parts request form as
an email attachment to parts@nhthifi.com.
Be sure to include your full contact
info, product type, serial #, and detailed
information about the part you need.
You can also include payment information
on the form for expedited service and
we will call you back with exact pricing
information and part availability. You
may also enter “please call”
on the payment line, and a support representative
will call you for payment information.
Either way, our customer support staff
will contact you within 24 hours to
give you parts availability and order
confirmation information.
