Most NHT speakers have a 5 year parts and labor warranty when purchased from an Authorized Dealer. NHT Electronics typically have a 1 year parts and labor warranty also when purchased from an Authorized Dealer. A Powered subwoofer will therefore have a 1 year warranty on the "amplifier" part and a 5 year warranty on the "acoustics" or speaker part. In absence of a valid purchase receipt, the date of manufacture as shown on the serial number label or as determined by NHT will determine the final in/out warranty status. Any product with a removed, defaced or false serial number label will not be considered for warranty.
