Satisfaction Guaranty

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases from www.nhthifi.com. If for some reason, you are not completely satisfied, you may return your product(s) within 30 days of the initial order date for a full refund of the actual purchase price including the shipping charges. On orders outside the United States, the original shipping charge is refunded however the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges. If you would like to return any product purchased from www.nhthifi.com you must first request and be issued a NHT Return Authorization number or our warehouse will refuse the package. To qualify for a full refund, all returned products must be returned in (and with) the original product wrapping and packing materials and carton and must include all accessories.

Refunds for the purchase price and shipping are issued within 7 days after NHT has received (in like new condition) and inspected (with all factory packaging and accessories) and the product(s) and they must have an assigned and valid Return Authorization number from NHT. Shipping refunds will be limited to “Ground” or USPS Parcel Post shipping rates. No “Overnight”, “Next Day”, “Second Day” type of expedited rates will be refunded.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled until the moment the designated shipper takes possession. This cancellation period will vary as we attempt to ship all products the same day as ordered – usually within hours. If you wish to cancel an order, contact orders@nhthifi.com as quickly as possible after placing your order or call 1-800-NHT-9993. After the product is shipped, you can refer to the Satisfaction Guaranty policy.

Shipping Methods and Times

Under normal circumstances orders will be shipped by the shipper and service you designate within 24 hours, weekends and most US holidays excluded. We offer a variety of shipping options including USPS, UPS and FedEx. Note: The specific shipper and method (Ground, Air, etc.) is assigned by the customer during the checkout part of the transaction.

International Orders

We do ship most products internationally to many different countries. NHT will send an order approval confirmation or order cancellation notice for all International orders placed on www.nhthifi.com. Shipping cost, VAT, duties and any other fees are the responsibility of the customer. NHT only charges shipping cost based on the customer preference at the time the order is placed. We collect no VAT or duties on any products.
